Terms of Service

This website and its programs are operated by ROCKSTAR OPC, registered with the SEC and BIR, doing business as ROCKSTAR Advisory & Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using this site, signing up or paying, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@rockstar.one.

• 2027 Starter Kit: a free download when you sign up.
• Ahead by January 2027 Playbook, Ebook edition and Toolkit edition: digital downloads. Ebook owners may upgrade to the Toolkit edition for the difference shown at checkout.
• Ahead by January Live Webinar: an online session on Google Meet, 7:00–9:00 PM Manila time, on the session date you bought. Each session has 100 seats. A paid seat includes the Playbook Toolkit edition, downloaded from your receipt.
• Ahead by January BUILD DAY: an in-person, full-day session at the venue and date shown on the BUILD DAY page. BUILD DAY includes the online seminar and the Toolkit edition.

Prices, early-bird and Founder's Table deadlines are the ones shown on each product page and at checkout at the time you pay. Deadlines are in Manila time (Asia/Manila).

To join BUILD DAY you apply, have a 20-minute fit call with our team, and, if approved, receive a private link to reserve or pay. A private link is personal to the applicant and the email it was issued to. A ₱2,500 reservation holds one seat for one person and is credited in full toward the BUILD DAY fee. See the BUILD DAY page for the current session and group rules.

Payments are processed by PayMongo. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on and handled by PayMongo; we do not see or store them. An order is confirmed when PayMongo reports it paid. Prices are in Philippine pesos.

• Buying the Ebook or Toolkit gives you a Playbook credit equal to what you paid, usable toward the Live Webinar, and toward BUILD DAY from Nov 28, 2026.
• A paid Live Webinar seat gives a BUILD DAY credit equal to the seminar price level you bought at: ₱1,950 if bought by Nov 20, 2026, 11:59 PM Manila time, or ₱2,500 after.
• Credits are personal: one per person, and each credit can be used only once. Using a credit at checkout requires proof that it is yours, such as a code sent to your email.
• Credits expire after Jan 15, 2027, 11:59 PM Manila time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Paid downloads are delivered through your private receipt link, which creates download links that expire after a short time; you can return to your receipt for a fresh link. Keep your receipt link private. Downloads are for your own use and your own business; please don't share or resell them.

Our full Refund Policy applies. In short:

• Ebook and Toolkit are final sale, except duplicate charges, which are refunded.
• No refunds for the Live Webinar. Your seat can be transferred to the next seminar.
• Your ₱2,500 reservation is fully refunded if we don’t run, or if we’re unable to offer you a seat this round, since Build Day is by application only. Accepted applicants can proceed with full payment to secure their seat. Once a seat is confirmed, it’s non-refundable.
• A ₱2,500 reservation holds one seat (one person) and is credited in full toward the BUILD DAY fee. A reservation is received when you pay; your seat is confirmed after the fit call. Pay your balance by Dec 5 to keep the ₱19,500 Founder's Table rate. After Dec 5, it's ₱25,000 per person.

If you feel you are not learning, you may request a full refund before 12:00 noon (Asia/Manila) on the day of your session. You receive a refund slip on the spot; the refund is processed after the event. No refunds once the afternoon session starts.

A Live Webinar seat can be transferred to the next seminar session; email hello@rockstar.one before the session to arrange it. For BUILD DAY, your reservation is refunded if we can’t offer you a seat this round, and a confirmed seat is non-refundable — see Section 7.

Each BUILD DAY has a confirmation date (Dec 5 for Dec 12). After that date, if not enough people have confirmed, we cancel that session and refund what you paid for it in full. If we cancel or move a session for any other reason, you can move to the new date or get a full refund. We may adjust the agenda, speakers or online links to run the session well; we will tell you by email.

Be respectful to other participants and our team. Don't record sessions or share other participants' business information without permission. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or puts others at risk, without refund.

The site, Playbook, Toolkit, Starter Kit, worksheets, session materials and recordings are owned by ROCKSTAR OPC. The AMP Method™, Rockstar AI Score™, Rockstar AI Academy™, Rockstar AI Playbook™, Hours Back™, Bottleneck Ledger™ and the ROCKSTAR name and marks are ours. You may use the materials inside your own business; you may not copy, resell, teach or publish them without our written permission.

We teach methods and share tools; the results depend on how you apply them in your business, so we don't promise specific outcomes. To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product or session concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

We handle personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our full Privacy Notice has the details; this is a summary.

• What we collect: your name, email, mobile number and optional company/role from our forms; your order and payment status at checkout; your answers in BUILD DAY applications and Starter Kit or seminar prep questions; your booking times; and messages you send us.
• Why: to deliver what you bought or signed up for, run events and bookings, issue receipts and credits, answer you, and send emails you opted into.
• Payments: card and e-wallet details are processed by PayMongo and are not stored by us.
• Email and calendar: our email provider delivers our emails; booked calls are placed on our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, without sending you a calendar invitation.
• How long: 5 years from your last interaction or transaction, then deleted or anonymised; tax records as long as the law requires.
• Your rights: to be informed, access, correct, delete or block, object, and unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date; what you already bought stays under the terms in place when you paid.
