How credits work

What you paid comes off.

Your eligible Playbook and seminar credits can reduce your seat. The seminar credit is ₱1,950 if you bought the seminar by Nov 20, or ₱2,500 after, including any Playbook credit you used on it (one per person), even if you missed it. An unused Playbook credit can be added on top. Each credit is used once.

Founder's Table is ₱19,500 per person until December 5, 2026, 11:59 PM Manila time. Regular price is ₱25,000 per person from December 6. Two people from the same company (maximum 2 per company) pay ₱15,000 each at early bird and ₱20,000 each at regular. You can reserve a seat for ₱2,500 (credited in full) and pay the balance by December 5, or pay in full.
Your ₱2,500 reservation is fully refunded if we don’t run, or if we’re unable to offer you a seat this round, since Build Day is by application only. Accepted applicants can proceed with full payment to secure their seat. Once a seat is confirmed, it’s non-refundable. A ₱2,500 reservation holds one seat (one person) and is credited in full toward the BUILD DAY fee. A reservation is received when you pay; your seat is confirmed after the fit call. Pay your balance by Dec 5 to keep the ₱19,500 Founder's Table rate. After Dec 5, it's ₱25,000 per person. If you paid for the seminar, your seminar credit counts toward the reservation first: a ₱2,500 seminar credit (regular price) reserves with no new payment; a ₱1,950 credit (early bird) leaves ₱550 to pay. Your balance on Founder's Table is then ₱17,000, less any unused Playbook credit.
The session needs a minimum of 6 people. We confirm by Dec 5. After Dec 5, if fewer than 6 people have confirmed, we cancel and refund you in full, including your reservation.
Yes, once. Your seminar becomes a one-time BUILD DAY credit of ₱1,950 if you bought it by Nov 20 (early bird), or ₱2,500 after, including any Playbook credit you used on it. Early bird, every path is worth ₱1,950: ₱1,950 direct, ₱250 Ebook + ₱1,700, or ₱350 Toolkit + ₱1,600. Founder's Table ₱19,500 becomes ₱17,550 (₱19,500 paid in total). After Dec 5, ₱25,000 becomes ₱23,050. Bought the seminar at the regular price (any path): ₱2,500 credit, so ₱19,500 becomes ₱17,000 (₱22,500 after Dec 5). One seminar credit per person, issued on seminar payment, including no-shows. A Playbook credit you never used on the seminar still applies to BUILD DAY.
Yes, if you did not use it on the seminar. From November 28, 2026, an unused ₱250 (Ebook) or ₱350 (Toolkit) credit applies when you check out by January 15, 2027. It can be combined with your seminar credit (for example ₱1,950 + ₱350 makes ₱19,500 become ₱17,200). Each credit is used once. Promo codes can't be combined with credits.

If you feel you are not learning, you may request a full refund before 12:00 noon (Asia/Manila) on the day of your session. You receive a refund slip on the spot; the refund is processed after the event. No refunds once the afternoon session starts.
